- 1 Bedroom SOLD prices decreased by 2% – however that’s due to smaller 1 bedrooms being sold
- 1 Bedroom Dens remained the same
In 2017, our Brokerage was able to capture 99% of the Sellers’ listing prices, of which I am very proud.
The forecast for 2018 continues to remain positive. Maui tourism is strong, resale pricing continues to grow, rental revenue is fabulous and there’s a good variety of homes on the resale market that will fit many buyers’ budgets.
