It’s time for a Honua Kai market update. I’ve gathered this info from MLS and it represents only RESALES at the resort. It compares January 1 – Nov 30, 2016 to January 1 – Nov 30, 2017.
And the news is great!
Average Sold Prices for all homes increased in 2017 with the exception of the one bedroom home. The reason for the decline in the one bedroom home is simply due to the fact that in 2016 the two sales were the larger floorplan. In 2017, 6 of the 10 sales were the smaller one bedroom.
Studios rose from $772,000 (2016) to $810,000 (2017) – a 5% increase.
Two bedrooms rose from $1,337,777 to $1,529,884 – a 14% increase.
Three bedrooms rose from $3,008,061 to $3,370,833 – a 12% increase.
